Your-Mentor is a support system formed by a team of people to provide a platform for enabling students to pursue their aspirations. We aim to mentor you to the best of our ability based on our past experiences.
To give you an idea about our team, we are a group of software engineers who are passionate about mentoring individuals looking for the right track of growth. The idea of mentoring students stemmed from our struggle of learning the right things at the right time, and not having much direction. For future aspirants, who are looking to lay the groundwork early on, we want to guide you in the right direction so that you would not have to go through all the trouble. This mentorship program will give aspirants an enormous advantage going forward either in pursuing higher education or the ideal job that you want to land.
Armed with our experience and knowledge on the working of the education system and the software industry, we are providing a platform for aspiring students to have the right guidance and help achieve your dreams.

How are we different?
What sets us apart is, that we are starting this mentorship program out of passion to help students. We are not looking for any profit out of this. We are not a training centre or a consultancy with tie-ups to any universities.
This program is set up to provide one-on-one mentorship to each of the aspirants instead of team basis. There will be a growth plan for each one of you that will be uniquely designed after discussions to fit your individual goals and career aspirations. And based on the plan agreed upon by each side, there will be weekly and monthly hands-on assignments outside of your coursework to help you improve. And this plan is highly customizable to do at your own pace.
Cohorts
This program accepts students on a limited basis every year arranged into cohorts. And the students have to pass a pre-interview step where we gauge if this program is the best fit for you or not.
Cohorts will have dedicated time set for each individual and will be given assignments based on the discussed plan. Additionally, there will be guest lectures from time to time fitting to the cohort ideals.
